On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to our community website! Feel free to explore the many features available on this site.
Our community website is a repository of information regarding Sandy Ridge and the surrounding area. Upcoming activities and events, announcements, a community calendar, Declarations and Bylaws, architectural review forms, and volunteer committee information can all be found here. It’s our goal to improve communications within the community and allow residents to quickly and easily find information about the happenings in our community. Please take a few minutes to visit and familiarize yourself with this resource and to get to know your community. Our website provides ready answers to most of the questions homeowners have. Should you have a question not covered on this site, please use the simple “Contact Us” form, and we will make sure it is addressed in a timely manner.
The operation of your homeowner’s association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The three Board members are elected by the community for two-year terms. Elections are held at the annual homeowners meeting in July. The Board is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and guidelines. Please take the time to read through the Declarations and Bylaws you received during the home purchase process. Copies are available on this website in the community documents section. There is a monthly Board meeting held on the first Thursday of each month via GoTo virtual platform or live meetings either at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Substation or at Artemis’s office in Champions Gate. All homeowners are invited to attend and participate.
