Community Management Services

At Artemis Lifestyles, we provide an extraordinary customer experience through our community management services. In order to meet the unique needs of our client communities, we provide three service options:

Onsite Management

Our onsite services are specialized to your community’s specific needs and include a full-time licensed community association manager solely dedicated to one association. This CAM, who has a daily presence in your community, is a seasoned industry professional who oversees a team of onsite staff to carry out the directives of the board, which may include robust lifestyle offerings.



Portfolio Plus Management

This unique Artemis Lifestyles service is tailored to those associations that may not have a need for a full-time onsite manager but want more than standard portfolio services. Our Portfolio Plus CAMs spend one dedicated day per week onsite in the community to manage board projects and address specific association needs. This program helps communities that have multiple ongoing projects as well as those that prefer to have more of a management presence in the community without the commitment of a full onsite position.



Portfolio Management

If you select our portfolio management services, your association will be managed by one of our licensed community association managers, who is assigned a portfolio of communities. This CAM oversees the day-to-day operations of the community, conducts monthly inspections, and attends all statutory, board and committee meetings as detailed in our management agreement. We recognize how essential it is to properly scale portfolios, and we carefully balance the associations our portfolio CAMs manage so each community receives the attention your homeowners deserve.



Technology to Support Your Homeowners

We are committed to providing our clients with access to the best technology available to our industry, in order to support your association and your homeowners. In conjunction with our management services, we offer mobile technology that links to a user-friendly resident portal, which can also be accessed via the computer. Yes, we have an app for that! By embracing technology, we provide a seamless way for your community to interact with your association, including making online assessment payments, submitting an architectural change request, and accessing important community information.
