Online Payments Made Easy 

Looking to pay your homeowner assessments with a few clicks of your mouse? Setting up payments is easy on our Online Payment page! 

Step 1: Locate the Management Company ID, Association ID and Unit Account Number printed on your Community Assessment Payment Coupon Book, which was mailed to you.

If you need the account numbers associated with your home, please contact our Community Specialist Team, who can be reached Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., by emailing customerservice@artemislifestyles.com or by calling (407) 705-2190 (after selecting your preferred language of English or Spanish, choose option 1 to reach our Community Specialist Team)

Step 2: Choose the online payment method that works best for you.

  • Recurring payments. To use this free option, you must first create an account with our banking partner, Alliance Association Bank Alliance. If you’ve already created an account with Alliance, you just need to login to view your payments and make any changes.
  • One-time echeck payment. To use our free one-time echeck option, you’ll need the Management Company ID, Association ID and Unit Account Number printed on your Community Assessment Payment Coupon Book, which was mailed to you.
  • One-time credit-card payment. To use the one-time credit-card option, you’ll need the Management Company ID, Association ID and Unit Account Number printed on your Community Assessment Payment Coupon Book, which was mailed to you. A transaction fee will be charged by the credit-card processing company (not Artemis Lifestyles).

P.S. You do have an additional option—your bank’s online bill-pay service. Another online payment option is using your bank’s bill-pay service. In addition to the Management Company ID, Association ID and Unit Account Number printed on your Community Assessment Payment Coupon Book, you’ll need the address for payments:  P.O. Box 620936, Orlando FL 32862-0936. Your bank will be able to answer any questions you have about online payments made through their bill-pay service.
