Our classes are free for clients. There is currently a $25 processing fee for non-clients and managers.

There is no fast-forwarding feature on the video, as the video must be watched in its entirety. However, you will be happy to hear that we have incorporated your feedback and have added some features to allow you to pause the video or close the browser and you will be taken straight back to the place that you stopped so you can pick up where you left off.

Important notes:

Code Word Phrase: Throughout the 4-hour video, there will be pieces of a code word sentence that you will need in order to get the certificate.

Substantive Questions: There will be two substantive quiz questions that must be answered correctly. If you get the first question correct, the second question will appear. If you get both correct, you will then be able to download or print your certificate. If you do not provide the correct answers, you will not be issued a certificate. However you are allowed to repeat the test and, if needed, rewatch the video.

After watching the class, please click on the button which will appear at the end of the video to obtain your certificate or CEU credit.
