Paying Your Community Assessment

Our homeowners have three options for paying their community assessments:

  1. Online payment
  2. Mailing payment
  3. Your bank’s online bill-pay service

1. Online Payment

TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT ON OUR RESIDENT PORTAL for online payments and to access community information:

If you need to register an email address with your association for portal access, please contact the Artemis Customer Experience Team at 407-705-2190 or email customerservice@artemislifestyles.com. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time. You can also contact Frontsteps, our payment partner at 720-739-3846 or email residentpayments@frontsteps.com. The Frontsteps team is available seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time.

2. Mailing Payment

  • Make your check or money order payable to your Association/Community
  • Write your Account Number in the memo section of your check or money order
  • Mail the appropriate payment coupon and check or money order to:

3. Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay Service

USING YOUR BANK’S ONLINE BILL-PAY SERVICE

  • When using your bank’s online bill-pay service to remit your assessments, you will need your Account Number, which is on the payment coupons you received via U.S. mail. Please remember to remit your assessment payments before the due dates to avoid late fees, collection costs and attorney’s fees, in accordance with your community’s governing documents.
