Paying Your Community Assessments

Please ensure that you submit your assessment payments before the due dates to avoid late fees, collection costs, and attorney’s fees, as outlined in your community’s governing documents.

Pay your Online Payment by clicking here.

  • Make your check or money order payable to your Association/Community.
  • Write your Account Number in the memo section of your check or money order.

Mail the appropriate payment coupon and check or money order to:

  • When utilizing your bank’s online bill-pay service to submit your assessments, you’ll require your Account Number. This number can be found on the payment coupons you received via U.S. mail. If you have any inquiries regarding your account information, please feel free to reach out to the Artemis Lifestyle Services Customer Experience Team at 407-705-2190 or via email at customerservice@artemislifestyles.com.estyles.com

If you have any inquiries regarding the use of your bank’s online bill-pay service, please reach out to your bank directly.

Account Questions

Click here to complete a brief form and receive your pre-registration link via email or a code via text message.

Access the Resident Portal: Click here or select “Resident” from the Artemis Lifestyles website menu.

Check Your Account Balance:

  1. Click here to log in.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to “Quick Actions” (Located on right of menu towards the top).
  3. Click on “Payments.”
  4. Here you’ll see your current balance your primary ledger (main account) You’ll also find a payment history.
  5. Remember: A negative balance means you have a credit!

If you believe your balance is incorrect:

Forgot your username or password? No worries!

Simply click on “Forgot Username/email?” or “Forgot your password?” on the login page. We’ll send you recovery instructions to the email address associated with your account within 24 hours.

Haven’t received the email after 24 hours?

  • Give it another check in your spam folder, just in case.

Closing Questions

Please visit www.estoppeldocs.com, a resource that takes the hassle out of finding essential paperwork. Title companies, closing agents, and owners can quickly access all needed documents, certificates, and forms.

When you order is completed, an email will be sent to the email on file.
