Diane Braswell

As the CEO of Artemis Lifestyles, Diane Braswell is responsible for running all facets of the business, focusing on Artemis Lifestyles’ community-centric execution and growth as a leader in the association management industry. This includes leading resident services, communications, digital transformation, technology, accounting, human resources, and association management, as well as managing Artemis’s newest entity, Artemis Club Services. Diane has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience in the central Florida association management industry.

Belinda Wilhelmson

VP of Community Management
Belinda has more than 15 years of experience in the community management industry. Belinda started her community management journey in 2003, working for a developer of 55+ communities focusing on land development of common areas, developing governing documents and creating the governmental structure of the community. In 2007, Belinda became a licensed community association manager and worked as an onsite CAM, specializing in 55+ communities. She has been a valuable part of the Artemis team since she joined in May of 2021.

Rey Osorio

VP of Client Accounting
Reynaldo Osorio also known as (Rey) grew up in the Northeast New Jersey/ New York area but has been living in Florida for the past 17 years. Rey has been in the accounting field for over 22 years. He has knowledge in Insurance, HOA, Real estate, and Manufacturing. Rey received both his Bachelors and Masters in Science of Accounting in Purdue Global University. Rey has been a valuable part of the Artemis team since he joined in April of 2022.

Judy Caban

Director of Human Resources
Judy Caban serves as Director of Human Resources at Artemis Lifestyle Services. In her current role, Judy is responsible for leading our company’s overall human resources strategy,  talent acquisition, leadership development, benefits, HR operations, payroll and employee relations.  As Director of HR, she has helped change the function, culture, and impact of HR across the Company to support its business goals as well as the needs and aspirations of its 200+ employees. Judy comes with 18 years of expertise in the HR field and is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM).
