Artemis Lifestyles Tools

Artemis Lifestyles uses a variety of tools for our business. Take a look at all the reports, tools, forms, and more that are available below.

FRONTSTEPS Resident Portal

We include a resident portal with each association contract, which homeowners and community board members can use to view important information. The website provides easy access to a wide range of essentials, such as editing account information, making a payment, and viewing important announcements. Managing a community is easier with tools like online architecture uploads, invoice approval, and eblasts. Residents can view their information directly on the Resident Portal, which pulls information directly from our HOA management software in real live time.

Creating a More Inclusive Association

Transparency Within the Community: The Power of QR Codes, Eforms, and Surveys

Transparency is essential for a healthy and thriving community. When people know what is happening in their community, they are more likely to be engaged and involved. They are also more likely to hold their leaders accountable.

There are a number of tools that can be used to increase transparency within the community. Three of the most effective tools are QR codes, eforms, and surveys.

QR Codes

QR codes are a type of barcode that can be scanned by a smartphone or other device. They can be used to store a variety of information, such as links to websites, documents, or videos.

QR codes can be used to increase transparency within the community by providing easy access to information. For example, a community could create a QR code that links to a website with information about upcoming meetings, budgets, or other important documents. This would make it easy for residents to stay informed about what is happening in their community.

Eforms

Eforms are electronic forms that can be completed online. They are a convenient way for people to submit information to their community, such as requests for services, feedback, or complaints.

Visitor management modernized

FRONTSTEPS Dwelling’s visitor management software is the premier solution for communities of any size that are looking for more control over who accesses and leaves their community. Best yet, the solution ensures easy access for residents and reduces wait times at the gate for visitors. FRONTSTEPS Dwelling’s visitor management software and the FRONTSTEPS resident portal integrate providing residents easy access to all things visitor management with only one login.

Online Voting

Electronic voting (e-voting) has been an option for community associations in Florida since 2015. The Florida Legislature passed statutes 718.128 and 720.317, which allow condominium associations and homeowners associations to conduct elections and other member votes electronically if a member consents in writing.

There are a number of benefits to e-voting, including:

  • Convenience: E-voting allows members to vote from anywhere with an internet connection. This can be especially convenient for members who are unable to attend meetings or who live outside the community.
  • Accuracy: E-voting systems are designed to be secure and accurate. This means that members can be confident that their votes will be counted correctly.
  • Cost-effectiveness: E-voting can be a more cost-effective way to conduct elections than traditional methods, such as mail-in ballots or in-person voting.

We have used the following companies for online voting needs: VoteHOANow, HOAst, SimplyVote, and Becker Ballot.
